Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
- All the exchanging products will be delivered within 5 business days.
Opening Video Mandatory

An unboxing / opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish, without any cuts or edits.

Exchange requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order details and the required images/video (if applicable). Our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.
Claim Policy
All parcels undergo three-stage quality checks before dispatch.
Claims will be accepted only with a clear, unedited 360° opening video that shows:

The sealed package from all sides

Continuous unboxing of all items

The empty package at the end
Claims submitted without a proper opening video will not be considered.
Shipping for Exchange

Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by us.

Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and inspected.
